It's the best base for vacation. The hotel serves enjoyable breakfasts and offers great-sized rooms with comfy bed and ventilation system, as for instance. The location is excellent, around 10-15 minutes walk from a huge tower. Easy access to restaurants and a stadium which are close to the property.

It has a magnificent and perfect location close to the subway line. Its right by train station and harbour, central and bars.

The hotel was wonderful, fairly clean, in a decent area. It was in a great location with a huge tower nearby. There was a great restaurant, a supermarket and a convenience store next door.

Well, there was no wash cloths.

Our location was excellant and wonderful in an open air mall. The lunch in One's Kitchen not too far from the hotel had every choice imaginable. The room with double bed.

Our stay at MYSTAYS Yokohama Kannai was exceptional. The room was clean, new, and neat with a comfortable queen bed. The location was excellent, close to Kannai station and convenient for exploring Yokohama. The self-service laundry on the 2nd floor was a great bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and vacation trips.

The room was a bit small, making it challenging to open a big suitcase. Additionally, the entrance was tight and the refrigerator placement was inconvenient.

Everyone was diligent and the breakfast was free and very tasty. The room was brand-new and functional with nice bathroom, ventilation system, comfy bed, we were quite satisfied.

Enjoyed the room with double bed, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast spread was really tasty and wonderful, with lots of good options. Location: the hotel was short walk to cup noodles museum and the train station, restaurants, market and other attractions. All of the staff were pleasant.

I really enjoyed having a heating system, a private safe, and a work desk in the room. The hotel is conveniently located near a convenience store and other stores. I had a great dinner at Wakana, which was just a short walk from the hotel. The free Wi-Fi was a comfortable and convenient feature for working.

The stay here was great for one night. Its favourable, very central location was a plus.

Wonderful, overall clean hotel with functional rooms and VERY VERY HELPFUL staff. Nice building and rooms with queen bed. A central area, magnificent location short walk to main shopping areas and main attractions of minato mirai and bus stop, subway and JR station. Really nice overall experience.

there were two windows and a kettle in the room, enjoyed that. the bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom here was clean. the venue was in a very central location near subway and train, the kannai station, and more traditional food restaurants.

The rooms with nice bathroom. With an electric kettle and a fridge. Marvellous and decent location to a compact amusement park. Really good, exceptionally nice people working here.

my recent stay in yokohama exceeded expectations - clean room, helpful staff, and convenient amenities. Mystays made our trip even better with their spacious bedrooms, tasty breakfast, and prime location for shopping. A true gem in yokohama!
